What we do
Six services built for electronics, held by one team. No hand-offs between a sourcing agent, a forwarder and a customs broker who never talk to each other.
We shortlist OEM and ODM factories we have already audited, get samples in your hands and negotiate MOQ, price and private-label packaging.
Electronics stall at the border over paperwork. We line up BIS, CE, FCC, RoHS and WPC approvals before the goods are even built.
Every order is sampled and tested at the factory — power-on, functional, IMEI and serial checks — so dead units never cross an ocean.
High-value, ESD-safe and lithium-battery cargo handled to IATA DG rules, with air for launches and ocean for volume.
HS classification for chapters 84 and 85, duty modelling before you buy, and entry filed in-house by our own brokers.
Buy landed stock from our bonded warehouses — branded and private-label — by the carton, pallet or container.
Why Mobel
We started after watching importers lose whole margins to the same three things: a factory that shipped untested stock, a certification nobody filed, and a lithium shipment refused at the airport.
We power on, test and serial-check a sample of every order before it is paid for in full.
Unit price, freight, duty, GST or VAT, certification and delivery on one number — so the invoice matches the quote.
BIS, CE, FCC and WPC are lined up while the goods are being made, so nothing waits at the port for a certificate.
Lithium cells and battery-powered devices are packed, labelled and declared correctly, so airlines accept them first time.
How it works
No portal to learn, no forms to chase. You send the product list; we send back suppliers and a landed price, then keep you posted until it's on your shelf.
Model or category, quantity, target price and where it needs to land. That's enough to start.
Shortlisted suppliers, samples and a full landed cost back inside 24 hours, assumptions written down.
Pre-shipment test, certification filed, freight booked. You approve each step; we handle the rest.
Cleared at the border and delivered to your warehouse, with one invoice that matches the quote.

Ask about your laneProducts
Buy branded or private-label electronics at import pricing. Because we are the importer rather than a re-seller, goods, freight, duty and certification arrive on one invoice with the paperwork done.
Pick a category to start a quote — we buy for retailers, distributors, online sellers and corporate IT teams:
Clients
“3,000 earbuds, zero dead on arrival. The pre-shipment test caught a bad batch at the factory — we never even saw it.”
“They had our BIS registration filed before the phones came off the line. First launch where nothing waited at customs.”
“500 laptops for a field-force rollout, landed, imaged and delivered on the quoted price. One invoice, no surprises.”
Questions
Inside 24 hours for categories we already source, and usually the same day if you send the model or spec, quantity, target price and destination together. New or custom products can take an extra day while we confirm suppliers and samples.
BIS / CRS registration for India, CE and UKCA for Europe and the UK, FCC for the US, RoHS, and WPC approval for wireless devices. We file them in the importer's name and start while the goods are in production so nothing waits at the port.
Yes. Power banks, phones, laptops and loose cells are packed, labelled and declared to IATA dangerous-goods rules (UN3480, UN3481, UN3091). Some loose-cell volumes have to move by sea — we tell you which before you buy.
Every order is sample-tested at the factory before final payment, so most problems are caught there. Anything dead on arrival is replaced under the supplier warranty we negotiate into the order, and cargo is insured door to door.
Yes. Every order needs at least 50 units and USD 20,000 in value. Customs clearance, duty filing and compliance paperwork cost roughly the same for any shipment, so smaller orders end up more expensive per unit than buying locally.
Yes — logo, packaging, manuals and firmware splash screens, on most accessory and audio categories and on selected phones and tablets. Expect a higher MOQ and a few extra weeks of lead time.
Model or category, quantity and where it needs to land — that's all it takes to start.
